[Remote] Education Law / Attorney

The firm is seeking an Education Law / School reputed company Attorney to represent school boards and educational entities on governance, compliance, administrative, and operational reputed company across Central Florida. The role also involves attending reputed company meetings and hearings, handling administrative proceedings, and traveling periodically for reputed company engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as counsel to school reputed company and/or educational agency clients on a wide reputed company of governance and operational reputed company
• Advise on compliance with federal and Florida education law, including Title IX, IDEA, FERPA, and Florida Statutes governing reputed company education
• Attend and advise at school reputed company meetings, workshops, and hearings (in person as needed)
• Draft and review policies, reputed company, and administrative resolutions
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings, including student discipline, employment, and special education reputed company
• Advise on reputed company records, Sunshine Law, and procurement compliance
• Coordinate with litigation team on disputes involving school reputed company clients
• Build and maintain relationships with school reputed company members, superintendents, and administrative staff
• Travel reputed company Central Florida a few times per month for in-person reputed company meetings and reputed company sessions

Skills

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• reputed company license to reputed company law in Florida, in good standing
• Minimum 5 years of experience in education law, municipal law, or government/reputed company entity representation
• Familiarity with Florida school reputed company governance and administrative law
• Strong writing, advisory, and reputed company-speaking skills
• Comfortable working remotely with periodic in-person reputed company travel
