Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the federated BA enablement curriculum; reputed company content, certify capabilities, and establish standards for consistent reputed company requirements delivery without operating as a centralized training service
• Own toolchain integration so federated BAs reputed company standards, patterns, templates, governance gates, and enablement assets from reputed company their working environments, including Azure DevOps, reputed company, reputed company surfaces, BI dashboards, and AI platforms

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, reputed company management, data analytics, or reputed company field required
• Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education
• Eight (8) years of experience in analytics, enablement, requirements management, reputed company tooling integration, delivery operations, portfolio management, or reputed company disciplines reputed company a reputed company or regulated environment required
• Experience integrating and operationalizing Azure DevOps, reputed company, Power BI, reputed company surfaces, AI platforms, or similar reputed company delivery and requirements management tools required
• Experience using AI/LLM tools, reputed company tooling, automation, and data analytics platforms to improve enablement, content reputed company, workflow efficiency, decision support, and toolchain adoption required
• Experience building decision-oriented dashboards, defining leading indicators, maturing reputed company metrics, and communicating insights to portfolio or executive leadership required
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, analytics, KPI development, reporting design, dashboard architecture, data reputed company, readiness metrics, and performance measurement
