[Remote] Leave Analyst

The role involves administering leave requests, maintaining records, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure effective leave administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer FMLA, reputed company, state leave, reputed company family leave, workers' compensation, disability, and company leave programs
• Review leave requests, determine eligibility, facilitate certifications, and manage cases through reputed company-to-work
• Prepare employee communications including approvals, denials, extensions, and reputed company-to-work notices
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for employee leave-reputed company questions and escalations
• Coordinate reputed company leave cases involving overlapping benefits, disability claims, and workers' compensation programs
• Partner with STD vendors, TPAs, and workers' compensation providers to ensure reputed company case management
• Maintain accurate leave records reputed company HRIS, benefits, and payroll systems
• Process payroll-reputed company leave transactions and reconcile leave data across multiple systems
• Audit leave records and vendor reports to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Monitor leave activity, prepare reports, and identify trends and opportunities for process improvement

Skills

• 3+ years of leave administration experience
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, reputed company, PWFA, workers' compensation, state leave laws, and reputed company family leave programs
• Experience managing reputed company leave cases from intake through reputed company-to-work
• Experience working with disability carriers, TPAs, and workers' compensation vendors
• Proficiency with HRIS, benefits administration, payroll, and case management systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Advanced reputed company Office skills, including reputed company
