[Remote] EHR Application Support Analyst

The EHR Application Support Analyst provides remote end-user support for the organization's software and hardware systems, specifically focusing on reputed company and other clinical applications.

Responsibilities

• Follows agreed procedures to identify and reputed company issues with applications. Uses application management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics
• Provides first line investigation and gathers information to reputed company incident reputed company and reputed company incidents
• Monitors service delivery performance metrics
• Investigates problems in systems, processes and services. Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of experience
