[Remote] Business Systems Analyst & Administrator

The Business Systems Analyst & Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring data systems effectively support participant services and program operations, while also managing user accounts and providing training.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Partner with program staff and leadership to understand the participant experience, workflows, business processes, and operational needs
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, participant tracking, and reporting through reputed company enhancements
• Solution Design: Translate program requirements into practical reputed company solutions that reputed company with organizational goals and best practices for database design and user experience

• Data Analysis: Analyze program data to support organizational learning, decision-making, and reputed company measurement

Skills

• Minimum two years of experience administering, configuring, or supporting reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Dynamics, ETO, Efforts to reputed company (ETO), reputed company products, or similar case management/CRM platforms
• Experience facilitating discovery sessions, gathering requirements, testing, and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Experience performing business systems analysis and process improvement

• Experience with dashboard development, performance metrics, and outcome reporting
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
