Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior reputed company Technical Consultant/reputed company to work remotely with some travel required. The role involves leading implementation reputed company and providing technical guidance while ensuring customer requirements are met according to ITIL standards.

Responsibilities

• Experience as a Technical reputed company
• reputed company in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, understanding Architecture solution
• Understanding customer business requirements and convert to functional requirements
• Responsible for reviewing requirements for accurate estimation
• reputed company in leading at least a couple of Implementation reputed company in ITSM / ITAM / ITOM / CSM / FSM area and one complete Implementation lifecycle for reputed company
• Expertise reputed company deployments, ITSM / ITAM / ITOM / CSM / FSM migrations, consolidations, upgrades, integration with other reputed company party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management expertise
• Review, and do proactive analyze and reputed company application issues as needed
• Mentor and reputed company technical knowledge/guidance to team
• reputed company good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and bring out the correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL / industry standards
• Must be certified with reputed company Systems Administrator, reputed company Implementation Specialist and ITIL V3 reputed company
• Should possess good knowledge in reputed company/Scrum methodology
