[Remote] Senior Application Engineer, Workplace Technology

As a Senior Application Engineer in reputed company Technology team, you will design, build, and maintain systems and automations that enhance reputed company's workplace technologies, focusing on collaboration and AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scripts, reputed company, and workflow automations that power key workplace systems — collaboration tools (reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and identity platforms (reputed company)
• reputed company lightweight services or integrations that reputed company collaboration, GenAI-tools (reputed company, Claude, reputed company) and internal systems, enabling reputed company flows (e.g., virtual assistants, workflow agents) that reduce reputed company work and improve user experience
• Implement monitoring, logging and observability for automation and AI workflows; troubleshoot issues and uncover opportunities for reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency
• Contribute to the reputed company of secure reputed company, off-boarding, and mover workflows across reputed company, permissions and reputed company tools — with automation and reputed company reputed company handoffs where appropriate
• Collaborate with IT, reputed company, and People teams to ensure identity, data, and compliance standards (SSO, DLP, classification) are deeply embedded through automation and script-driven guardrails
• Participate in reputed company reputed company for new AI and productivity capabilities: reputed company LLMs & agents, reputed company usage/adoption metrics, build flows that assist users (e.g., knowledge-agent, document summarizer)
• Contribute to the reputed company-review process, documentation of shared libraries for workflows/agents, and build a library of integration templates for reuse across reputed company
• Partner with senior engineers to reputed company workplace systems through reputed company architecture, API-first design, and intelligent reputed company workflows

Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration or workplace technology development, with a reputed company on automation or scripting
• Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (Java, Go, Python, JavaScript/Apps Script, Bash, PowerShell) and comfortable with RESTful reputed company, webhooks, and integration frameworks
• Familiarity with reputed company platforms (reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and interest in reputed company/AI workflows (LLMs, agents, reputed company pipelines)
• Understanding of IAM/SSO (reputed company, SAML/OIDC/SCIM) or a willingness to grow in this area; experience automating provisioning/reputed company is a plus
• Experience or curiosity about CI/CD, workflow orchestration, and building self-service delivery models that reputed company agents or automation
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and cross-functional communication skills; comfortable collaborating with non-technical partners and translating automation into reputed company operational reputed company
