- High school diploma or equivalent
- Schedule: Varies Monday-Friday between reputed company-7pm
- Proficient in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly

- Computer skills: 2 years (Required)
- Phone etiquette: 2 years (Required)
- Problem-solving: 2 years (Required)
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
- Communication skills: 2 years (Required)
- One (1) year Customer Service and/or reputed company Center experience
