[Remote] Sr VP, Finance & Operations

They are seeking a highly hands-on VP Finance to strengthen reputed company’s financial reputed company and support reputed company long-term reputed company through effective financial planning and operational management.

Responsibilities

• reputed company budgeting, forecasting and long-reputed company financial planning processes
• Manage cash reputed company forecasting, liquidity planning and working capital optimization
• Support lender compliance, reporting requirements and financial operations reputed company to reputed company’s ABL facility
• reputed company reputed company functions including AP/AR, payroll coordination, tax support and audit preparation
• reputed company reporting frameworks, KPIs and dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and operational reputed company
• Support reputed company materials, investor reporting and financing-reputed company initiatives
• Partner closely with leadership on pricing, margin analysis, inventory planning and business performance
• Improve forecasting accuracy and strengthen financial discipline across the organization
• Help build reputed company financial systems, processes and controls to support reputed company reputed company
• Serve as a key financial partner to the Founder & CEO and leadership team
• Build and reputed company a high-performing finance organization over time

Skills

• 10+ years of finance and/or reputed company experience reputed company consumer products, beauty, wellness or CPG, including inventory-driven omnichannel businesses
• reputed company experience in one or more of the following categories: beauty, personal care, wellness, CPG, or similar consumer sectors
• Experience operating reputed company high-reputed company, founder-led environments
• Strong understanding of reputed company, cash reputed company management, working capital and operational finance
• Experience supporting multi-channel businesses across wholesale, reputed company and DTC
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business or reputed company field
• Beauty, skincare or personal care industry experience
• Experience managing through periods of reputed company reputed company, operational transformation or organizational scaling
• MBA, CPA or equivalent financial background
• Experience with inventory-intensive consumer businesses and lender-managed environments
