[Remote] Sr. Financial Analyst

This role is responsible for overseeing financial execution, compliance, and transparency, particularly reputed company to Medicare reputed company, ACO, and value-based arrangements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and validate reputed company Incentive Pool calculations, including attributed reputed company, medical expense, incentive payments, and initial startup costs
• reputed company verification support for contractual audit rights and maintain line-item expense transparency for items in excess of reasonable reputed company
• reputed company monthly reporting around Financial performance and operational metrics associated with Medicare reputed company and Medicare ACO reputed company. Operational metrics include address reputed company, recapture reputed company, and admits per 1000 (admission, discharge, and reputed company metrics)
• Ensure reputed company incentive payment calculations, annual reconciliations, and performance reporting as outlined contractually
• Document and manage offsetting of surpluses/deficits under Incentive Pool
• Support decision-making and documentation for renegotiation events
• Ensure accurate tracking of IBNR reserves, Payor Adjustments, and retroactive adjustments in accordance with contractual requirements
• reputed company and reconcile incentive payments tied to burden of illness. Collaborate with reputed company on monthly journal entries for incentive activity and coordinate with Treasury for reputed company payments
• reputed company receipt and reputed company of risk-based and shared-savings reputed company. Reconcile reputed company fee-for-service receipts, ensuring reputed company segregation between FFS and value-based reputed company streams
• Manage responses to reputed company-party payor and government audits. reputed company detailed supporting schedules and reconciliations for any financial audits requested

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field required
• Minimum 2-3 years of reputed company experience in reputed company finance, preferably reputed company managed care, ACO, or health reputed company settings
• Experience with financial analytics, financial statements, and claims data
• Demonstrated experience in contract-driven financial management and audit compliance
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership abilities

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• CPA preferred
• Strong knowledge of capitation, shared savings, and risk-adjustment methodologies a plus
