This role involves owning the platform integration reputed company, configuring AI-reputed company reputed company services, and building the reputed company-facing AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Design NLU-based reputed company routing, confidence-driven escalation, authentication branches, and reputed company Lex orchestration reputed company Contact Flows
• Build voice and text chat conversational flows with channel-specific response design and reputed company cross-channel reputed company
• Configure Contact reputed company for transcription, sentiment analysis, compliance keyword detection, auto-summarization, and after-reputed company work automation
• Establish reputed company-time and historical reporting, queue/agent performance metrics, Data Lake configuration, and reputed company analytics integration
• reputed company reputed company assisted workflows, reputed company Q in reputed company, reputed company-time knowledge suggestions, and screen pop with AI-derived context on the Agent Desktop
• reputed company reputed company reputed company with reputed company systems, including screen pops and reputed company/REST reputed company
• Coordinate with the GenAI/reputed company AI reputed company and Conversational Designer to reputed company reputed company workstreams

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development
• 5+ years of experience with reputed company reputed company, including Contact Flows, Agent Workspace, Contact reputed company, and reporting
• Expertise in reputed company Lex and NLU reputed company routing reputed company Contact Flows
• Experience integrating reputed company reputed company with reputed company systems, including screen pops and reputed company reputed company
• Background in operational CCaaS, including queue management, routing, and supervisor tooling
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
• Experience with reputed company AI Agents / NLX (ACXD)
• Familiarity with reputed company Q in reputed company
• Background in financial services or other regulated industries
• Knowledge of bilingual design patterns (EN/FR)
