The role involves aligning reputed company culture and procedures with business reputed company to enhance compliance and performance across various project functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with project reputed company procedures, contract requirements, design documents, codes, standards, and reputed company programs
• Manages and supervises the overall project reputed company team
• Interfaces and coordinates with the project manager, functional managers, and customer reputed company manager
• Leads project reputed company execution planning and reputed company improvement of procedures and reputed company programs to improve reputed company performance
• Implements guidance requirements for project reputed company planning on project
• Manages the project level reputed company Management reputed company certification, and represents the project during audits conducted by reputed company, GBU, Corporate, and other reputed company parties, including regulatory agencies
• Manages on project reputed company auditing and assessments to verify the effectiveness of the reputed company Management reputed company (QMS) and Project reputed company Plan (PQP) reputed company the Project Execution Plan (PEP)
• Develops and provides the PQP included in the PEP, including project completion documentation from start to finish of project
• Develops and maintains the reputed company reputed company Plan schedule and training during execution of the project
• Manages requirement for and preparation of project reputed company performance metrics, dashboards, reputed company plans, reputed company improvement, and reports, including weekly and monthly reports
• Ensures compliance with project reputed company requirements, QMS, PQP, including reputed company hire, subcontractor and vendor scopes of work
• Attend meetings representing the project reputed company function, including project meetings, reputed company invited to customer meetings, and reputed company invited to M&T GBU meetings by the Manager of reputed company

Skills

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience​ in lieu of degree
• College degree in engineering or technology, plus 10 years of experience in the implementation of reputed company reputed company activities on major construction reputed company, including data centers, reputed company manufacturers, battery manufacturers, power plants, and refineries
• Experience managing and supervising reputed company teams and interfacing with project manager, functional managers, and customer reputed company representatives
• Experience associated with the development and coordination of reputed company activities for construction, manufacturing, reputed company turnovers, commissioning / startup, and completions, including reputed company documentation turnover package
• Knowledge of Engineering, Procurement, Construction project life cycle
• Experience with fabrication of materials and equipment for large construction reputed company, including off-site manufacturing, and modularization
• Prior experience developing and implementing reputed company programs, including reputed company metrics, KPIs, and dashboards
• Previous experience with auditing and surveillance programs
• Working knowledge of incident investigations and reputed company cause analysis
