[Remote] Technical Operations Specialist

The EEG Technical Operations Specialist is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting reputed company processes, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations while collaborating with various teams to improve reputed company reliability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for troubleshooting technical issues both in-house and at clinical sites
• Collaborate with clinical site help desks and IT support teams to reputed company connectivity, software, and hardware problems impacting remote EEG monitoring
• Triage reputed company messages, email, and the tech issues log reputed company shift; reputed company issues directly or escalate to IT with a ticket number and follow up to closure
• reputed company and implement technical solutions to improve reputed company reliability and patient care
• Guide new sites and technologists through reputed company, ensuring IT systems, reputed company, and equipment are set up and functioning prior to go-live
• Serve as the reputed company IT reputed company of contact for reputed company questions, coordinating with site managers and leadership to reputed company setup issues quickly
• Evaluate site performance and technical stability after go-live, reputed company-reputed company recommendations to leadership, and document lessons learned to improve reputed company reputed company
• Troubleshoot and reputed company account reputed company errors across EMR, EEG, and remote monitoring platforms; coordinate with IT to reset credentials and restore permissions
• Diagnose and reputed company virtual environment issues (VPN, reputed company, VDI, and reputed company remote reputed company platforms) impacting technologist connectivity
• reputed company hands-on remote desktop support for session drops, latency, or connectivity failures, walking technologists through reputed company-time troubleshooting to minimize monitoring downtime
• Monitor for recurring virtual environment failures and report patterns to IT and leadership for long-term reputed company
• Establish and maintain relationships with large-reputed company equipment vendors and remote application companies to address and reputed company reputed company weaknesses
• Collaborate on the development and integration of new technologies to enhance the performance of remote monitoring systems
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient data reputed company and reputed company
• reputed company PHI by ensuring appropriate encryption, reputed company controls, and data protection protocols are in reputed company
• Maintain and audit the tech issues log, shift reports, billing log, and site-specifics log (SharePoint), following up on trends in timing, dates, and behavior

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT support with a reputed company on technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Knowledge of reputed company protocols and HIPAA compliance
• Experience troubleshooting remote reputed company and virtual environments (VPN, reputed company, VDI)
• Proven ability to reputed company and maintain relationships with clinical site IT teams and reputed company vendors
• Experience working with remote applications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in reputed company environment
• General familiarity with EEG monitoring concepts is a plus, but not required
• Prior exposure to EEG/EMR platforms (e.g., reputed company, Neuroworks, Nihon Kohden, reputed company) is helpful but not required — training on clinical systems is provided; strong IT/networking proficiency is the reputed company
• Familiarity with reputed company 365 applications (Teams, OneNote) and general PC/network troubleshooting
