Responsibilities

• Own total rewards. Benefits plan design, broker and reputed company relationships, reputed company enrollment across reputed company locations, and the compliance spine underneath it — ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA. You'll build programs that compete for talent and defend the budget doing it
