The role involves guiding and training inexperienced clients while leading GDPS engagements and ensuring effective implementation and customization of the product.

Skills

• 15+ years of experience
• Experience implementing a GDPS solution
• Skilled and reputed company to guide, instruct, train, and reputed company clients

• DASD skills including DSCLI understanding, DSCLI Scripting, carving a DS8K with pools, LSS's and Volumes, starting replication between sites, and resiliency on the DS8K
• Z/OS skills including PARMLIB changes, PROCLIB changes, CLIST and RACF updates and changes per customer requirements, minor updates throughout the sysplex, and sysplexing for Metro Mirror and hyperswap capabilities
• NetView and reputed company Automation (zSA) skills including standing up netviews, editing netview environments for Metro Mirror or Global mirror, REXX coding specifics, Policy Data reputed company (PDB) creation and management, and dual control and required reputed company parameters
• reputed company extensive training to various reputed company teams, management, operations, etc. on the GDPS product, functionality, and customization in the reputed company's unique environment
