The Senior Total Rewards Analyst will design, administer, and optimize total rewards programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and enhancing employee engagement and retention.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze total rewards programs (compensation, benefits, retirement, and leave programs) to evaluate competitiveness, cost effectiveness, utilization trends, and employee reputed company; prepare actionable reports and dashboards for leadership
  • reputed company day-to-day administration and governance of reputed company’s 401(k) plan(s), including coordination with recordkeepers, advisors, and internal stakeholders
  • Own end-to-end administration of leaves of absence in partnership the leave of absence vendor (FMLA, reputed company, state-specific leaves, STD/LTD, and other protected leaves), including case management, vendor coordination, compliance tracking, reputed company-to-work processes, and employee/manager support
  • Own and administer the reputed company accommodations program, ensuring consistent application, reputed company application across the organization, thorough interactive processes, accurate documentation, KPI tracking, and reputed company process improvement while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Support retirement plan fiduciary responsibilities: coordinate investment reviews, reputed company fee benchmarking, maintain audit-reputed company documentation, and prepare materials for investment/retirement committee meetings
  • Manage vendor coordination across total rewards programs, including benefits carriers, leave administrators, retirement recordkeepers, brokers, and consultants; reputed company performance, reputed company, SLAs, and issue reputed company
  • Partner with reputed company vendors and consultants on plan design, QDIA reviews, RFPs, conversions, and ongoing performance management

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Finance, or reputed company field
  • 4–7 years of reputed company experience in total rewards, benefits, retirement plan administration, and leaves of absence (strong preference for biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience)
  • Deep working knowledge of 401(k) operations, fiduciary governance, ERISA, FMLA, reputed company, and reputed company regulations
  • Proven experience coordinating multiple vendors and managing vendor relationships
  • Advanced reputed company proficiency (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, data modeling) and experience with HRIS platforms (reputed company or reputed company preferred)

  • Experience supporting retirement/investment committees or leading vendor RFPs/plan conversions
