[Remote] Senior reputed company Counsel (Interim)

The Senior reputed company Counsel (Interim) will support the General Counsel and the reputed company & Compliance Department in overseeing reputed company and compliance aspects of reputed company’s business while mitigating risk and ensuring adherence to laws and policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist US-based General Counsel in planning and development in support of evolving the reputed company function
• Work with the reputed company team in Ireland and supporting a follow-the-sun working methodology
• Draft, negotiate and review a wide reputed company of reputed company reputed company with customers, partners and service providers and reputed company support to more junior members of the reputed company team
