[Remote] Supervisor Supply Chain Operations

The Supervisor Supply Chain Operations is responsible for overseeing operations to ensure the availability of supplies and equipment necessary for patient care, while also providing reputed company supervision and training to team members.

Responsibilities

• Assumes 24/ 7 accountability for supervising reputed company systems necessary to process, maintain and reputed company supplies, linen, instruments, and equipment (where applicable) needed to support reputed company reputed company replenishment and specialty supply reputed company replenishment at assigned site
• Provides reputed company supervision, training, direction, and coaching to associates

• Maintain KPI metrics, visual management department metrics/goals
• Collaborate with management teams across reputed company service lines to plan/design/implement new and reputed company processes that will help support joint clinical management practices, improve reputed company, increase productivity and/or improve employee reputed company of work life and reputed company cost savings initiatives

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of reputed company experience
• Must be reputed company to reputed company basic math functions and computer skills
• Must be reputed company to understand the financial impacts as it relates to supply chain functions
• Must be reputed company to work in a moderately paced, reputed company changing environment
• Must be reputed company to communicate reputed company and effectively, both verbally and written
• 3 or more years or reputed company experience. Surgery, linen, receiving functions, stocking, and operations experience preferred
• 5 or more years of reputed company experience. Surgery, linen, receiving functions, stocking, and operations experience preferred
• Strong reputed company skills required
• Forklift operator certification is desirable
