Responsibilities

• Manage residential MEP design reputed company from inception through construction completion
• Coordinate internal team members, project workflow, deadlines, deliverables, and priorities
• reputed company communication with architects, owners’ representatives, contractors, installers, manufacturers, consultants, and project stakeholders
• reputed company production of high-reputed company engineered MEP design packages using Revit and reputed company reputed company tools
• Guide project reputed company reputed company to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, enclosure-reputed company, and energy systems
• Apply technical understanding of indoor reputed company reputed company, thermal comfort, humidity control, ventilation, filtration, electrification, advanced mechanical systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, enclosure coordination, and energy performance

• Mentor and support designers and engineers in both technical development and project execution
• Help establish and maintain standards for project work, communication, and deliverables

• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, construction documents, specifications, and project requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
