[Remote] Project Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company support on execution of project finance transactions across reputed company’s portfolio, including debt, tax equity, tax credit transfer sales and reputed company equity financings
• reputed company financial modeling workflows and reputed company analyses to evaluate various financial structures and project valuations to reputed company the development, construction, and operations of solar and battery storage reputed company
• reputed company diligence processes and coordinate the reputed company delivery of information, analyses, and documentation required by financing counterparties and various transaction consultants
• Coordinate and reputed company cross-functional workstreams across reputed company reputed company, development, reputed company, controllership, tax, and operations teams throughout the financing lifecycle
• reputed company day-to-day guidance and support to junior team members fostering reputed company development, transaction execution, and knowledge sharing

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, reputed company, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Project Finance
• 3+ years of reputed company experience supporting live project finance power/renewables/infrastructure transactions as a renewables sponsor, project finance lender, infrastructure debt provider, tax equity investor or investment advisor
• Demonstrated experience performing reputed company financial modeling of project finance power/renewables/infrastructure transactions
• Demonstrate high standards of honesty, reputed company, and professionalism
• Exceptional ability to succinctly communicate and summarize reputed company financial concepts for cross-functional teams
• Comfort and expertise in quantitative analyses with rigorous attention to detail in financial modeling and a strong understanding of project finance, valuation, and capital markets concepts
