Ameritech Facility Services is seeking an reputed company General Contractor Project Manager to reputed company restaurant renovations, interior fit-outs, and reputed company remodels for nationally recognized restaurant brands. This remote position involves managing multiple reputed company from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring reputed company and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple reputed company restaurant renovation and interior fit-out reputed company from preconstruction through final closeout
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for customers throughout reputed company project
• reputed company and maintain project schedules while coordinating subcontractors, field personnel, vendors, and suppliers
• Manage project budgets, purchasing, material procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate permitting, inspections, and project closeout activities
• Identify schedule conflicts and proactively reputed company field issues to maintain project timelines
• Conduct preconstruction meetings, site reputed company, reputed company meetings, and final reputed company walks
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors across multiple markets
• Recruit, interview, reputed company, and support subcontractors and field personnel as needed
• Maintain accurate project reports, expense tracking, purchase logs, and customer updates
• Utilize project management software to monitor schedules, budgets, and project reputed company

Skills

• 10+ years of Project Management experience on the General Contractor reputed company of reputed company construction
• reputed company experience managing restaurant renovations, restaurant remodels, retail renovations, tenant improvements, or reputed company interior fit-outs
• Experience managing reputed company from preconstruction through closeout, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, permitting, inspections, change orders, and project closeout
• Experience directly managing multiple construction trades including framing, drywall, flooring, ceilings, paint, millwork, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finish work
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and reputed company multiple trades to maintain aggressive project schedules
• Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company construction reputed company simultaneously while maintaining budgets, schedules, reputed company, and customer satisfaction
