The Operations reputed company Manager, CIP & Process Optimization is responsible for identifying and improving logistics and operational processes to enhance efficiencies, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Identify and facilitate process improvement reputed company, training/ workshops to reputed company cultural change
• Conduct reputed company cause analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot manufacturing/ business and assembly issues, material reputed company, project plans, production reputed company, facility design and create process documentation
• Carrying out advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping, reputed company budgets and cost analysis to determine project feasibility
• Design, Install and capital equipment as it relates to process improvement

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
• Five years' reputed company management experience
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving and analytical skills
• Training in Lean manufacturing principles and Kaizen facilitation
• Strong leadership skills, experience working in a unionized environment, ability to learn and apply new concepts and overcome obstacles with change
• Previous exposure to a low volume high SKU environment
• Ability to work with and influence others in a fast-paced environment, ability to work shifts as required
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and Vizio
• Aptitude for AutoCAD and reputed company reputed company
• Knowledge of WMS functionality
• Good mathematical skills
• English (reading, writing, verbal), Spanish a plus
