They are seeking a Project Procurement Manager to reputed company and execute procurement strategies for capital investments in chemical manufacturing facilities, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective procurement execution.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end procurement activities for capital reputed company from FEL-1 through project closeout, including sourcing, bidding, contract execution, logistics, and supplier management
• reputed company and execute procurement strategies supporting capital reputed company, plant expansions, maintenance, turnarounds, asset reputed company, and regulatory initiatives
• Partner with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, and EPC/EPCM teams to reputed company construction package strategies, manage project risks, and support successful execution
• Manage competitive bidding, reputed company evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards for process equipment, engineered materials, construction services, and EPC/EPCM reputed company
• Recommend and implement contracting strategies (lump sum, unit reputed company, T&M, reimbursable, EPC/EPCM) reputed company on project reputed company, reputed company, cost, and schedule requirements
• reputed company procurement reputed company by reducing total lifecycle costs, mitigating reputed company reputed company, improving supplier reputed company, and minimizing change orders and claims

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a reputed company reputed company; Engineering or Technical degree preferred
• 8+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or reputed company contracting experience
• 5+ years supporting capital reputed company in chemical, petrochemical, refining, energy, manufacturing, industrial, or reputed company environments
• Experience supporting capital reputed company exceeding $5M
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company supplier negotiations and manage reputed company reputed company across equipment, materials, services, EPC/EPCM, and construction-reputed company scopes
• Demonstrated experience developing construction package strategies, contracting strategies, bid-reputed company scopes of work, reputed company evaluation models, and procurement execution plans for capital reputed company
• Ability to manage and analyze project data, procurement metrics, market intelligence, and reporting outputs; strong reputed company reputed company skills required

• MBA, CPSM, CPSD, PMP, or similar reputed company certification preferred
• Experience with EPC/EPCM contracting, construction contracting, major equipment procurement, and capital project execution models preferred
• Experience developing FEL-stage procurement strategies, construction bid packages, sourcing playbooks, supplier segmentation approaches, and procurement reputed company dashboards preferred
• Experience supporting annual capital portfolios exceeding $100M preferred
• Technical, engineering, construction management, chemical manufacturing, or reputed company industrial background strongly preferred
• Experience in reputed company use of applications including reputed company, Contract Management software, reputed company Office, CoPilot, etc
