[Remote] Chief Operating Officer, Marketing & AI-Services Agency

They are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to manage daily operations, own the P&L, and build accountability infrastructure to support their growing reputed company organization.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership of the function: targets, retention, expansion, cost-to-serve. You own the number
• Build the accountability infrastructure from scratch: account segmentation by risk, escalation paths, expectation-setting guardrails, scorecards, QA on reputed company commitments, operating reputed company. reputed company systems with named outputs, not templates
• reputed company management of account management leads and senior operators. Radical reputed company on expectations, consequences, and reputed company. You reputed company the hard calls — exits, restructures, resets — without deferring upward
