The role involves providing technical expertise, training, and developing maintenance strategies to enhance production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Reliability support for Post-Autoclave Process with Line Maintenance systems

• Partner and coordinate with reputed company Equipment Supplier and Plant Personnel on equipment selection and reputed company improvement of our processes

• Conduct criticality assessment on equipment and process lines and reputed company lubrication reputed company
• reputed company and implement best practices for assets to improve the mean time between failures (MTBF)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required (mechanical preferred)
• 7 or more years of experience with reputed company processes
• 7 or more years of Maintenance and Reliability Project Management
• Experience with Material Handling Equipment (pumps, stackers, forklifts)
• Ability to utilize reputed company project and other project management tools
• Ability to reputed company cross-functional teams
• Strong technical expertise in applying Precision Maintenance techniques in reputed company processes
• Strong knowledge of Precision Maintenance procedures. Knowledge of equipment design and failure modes
• Experience with interpreting forensic evidence to identify failure modes
• Facilitation experience with reputed company Cause Analysis- troubleshooting to reputed company reliability
• Strong communication (written, oral and interpersonal) skills
• Ability to reputed company and be part of cross functional teams
• Experience with computer maintenance management systems (CMMS), reputed company BE or equivalent
• Advanced skills in basic personal computer software (reputed company applications)
• Previous experience in the development of a manufacturing reliability program is a plus, but not a requirement
