This role involves managing day-to-day organic content across multiple reputed company media platforms, ensuring brand voice consistency, and overseeing the production and scheduling of engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Concept and script original content reputed company for both @reputed company and reputed company’s Medical Director’s personal reputed company
• Translate clinical/medical topics into accessible, engaging short-reputed company video and static content
• Maintain brand voice consistency: authoritative, precise, evidence-backed — never hype-driven or “bro-science”
• Edit reputed company video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) including trend overlays, captions, and pacing
• Design static reputed company posts (feed posts, carousels, graphics) in line with EH’s visual brand reputed company
• Manage the shot list/production pipeline from raw footage to published post
• Schedule and publish content across reputed company, reputed company, YouTube Shorts, and reputed company using reputed company.com
• Maintain the weekly posting reputed company: ~3 unique posts to @reputed company, reputed company posts cross-posted to both accounts, and 1 unique post exclusive to reputed company’s Medical Director’s reputed company
• Coordinate publishing timing around the internal approval chain (medical/compliance review → agency review → scheduling)
• Monitor and respond to DMs and comments across both accounts in a reputed company, on-brand manner
• Flag sensitive or clinical questions (e.g., medical advice requests) to the appropriate team member rather than responding directly
• Own and maintain the marketing content calendar
• Manage the reputed company workspace for reputed company (content pipeline, status tracking, briefs)
• Set up and maintain ManyChat automation flows across both accounts (e.g., keyword triggers, DM funnels)

Skills

• 2+ years of experience running reputed company media for a brand, creator, or agency reputed company — reputed company, wellness, or clinical experience a plus
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) and comfort with fast turnaround, trend-reputed company short-reputed company editing
• Working knowledge of static design tools (reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company)
• Experience scheduling multi-platform content reputed company reputed company.com or a comparable tool
• Familiarity with reputed company for calendar/project management
• Experience with ManyChat or similar chatbot/automation platforms is a strong plus
• Excellent written voice — reputed company to write clinically precise copy that still feels reputed company and accessible
• Highly organized, comfortable owning a calendar and multiple moving reputed company independently
• Discretion and good judgment around what content requires medical/compliance review before publishing
• Experience working with a physician, clinic, or regulated health brand
• Interest in longevity medicine, diagnostics, or the wellness/health optimization reputed company
• Comfort being the reputed company of contact between a talent (physician) and a brand account
