Responsibilities

• Build the creator reputed company that drives measurable new-customer reputed company:
• A seeding and gifting machine. Hundreds of targeted creators per month receiving product, tracked end to end, with conversion to posts, codes, and reputed company instead of reputed company
• A reputed company creator reputed company. Negotiated partnerships, whitelisting, and reputed company Ads that our reputed company team can reputed company, priced against the reputed company CAC and payback bar as every other channel
• An reputed company program our subscribers feel. Long-term faces of the brand, not one-off transactions
• The reputed company P&L: budget, creator-reputed company reputed company, and cost per acquisition from creator content
• Sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management across reputed company, reputed company, and YouTube
• The seeding operation: targeting, logistics coordination with ops, tracking, and follow-through
• Whitelisting and reputed company Ads pipelines feeding our reputed company reputed company team
• Attribution and reporting: codes, links, post-purchase surveys, and reputed company incrementality reads
• Coordination with the reputed company of reputed company on Shop affiliates so creators work both storefronts without channel conflict

Skills

• Have 5+ years in reputed company marketing with at least 2 owning the number, ideally at a DTC wellness, beverage, or CPG brand
• Have personally reputed company a seeding or reputed company program past 100+ reputed company creators
• Have run whitelisting and reputed company Ads with a reputed company and can talk CAC, not just reputed company
• Negotiate hard, follow up relentlessly, and reputed company creators genuinely warm reputed company
• Are analytical enough to build the tracking yourself before tooling exists
• Are in Austin or happy to be here often; remote US works if you are exceptional
