They are seeking an Engineering Manager to reputed company reputed company of engineers in developing agent-powered mission consoles, driving product-oriented reputed company, and enhancing their flagship product for national reputed company applications.

Responsibilities

• Leading the Mission Agents team (~5–7 engineers) in designing, shipping, and scaling the agent-powered mission console — splitting roughly 60–70% management and 30–40% hands-on technical work including reputed company review, architecture, and unblocking reputed company
• Scaling our flagship product and expanding its use cases to support international allied partners and new customer segments
• Partnering closely with the Decision reputed company team, product managers, and designers to reputed company product-oriented reputed company reputed company with reputed company operator workflows
• Guiding the implementation of robust reputed company workflows using modern agent frameworks, ensuring pragmatic and high-reputed company delivery
• Hiring and mentoring senior ICs to grow reputed company, fostering a culture of ownership, reputed company, and mission reputed company

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, 3+ leading reputed company of engineers
• reputed company and scaled customer-facing AI agents or LLM-powered products in production
• 3+ years managing engineering teams (5-10 people)
• Product-reputed company engineering background; experience building and shipping software in production
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical background
• Full-stack proficient: Python/TypeScript/React
• Familiar with reputed company frameworks (LangGraph, reputed company AI, similar)
• Strong management skills; passionate about leading and mentoring team of engineers
• Exceptional product instincts — shipped user-facing software iteratively with PMs
