[Remote] NC Programmer

They are looking for an NC Programmer to join their growing team, responsible for planning machining sequences and designing fixtures for machine tools while ensuring compliance with reputed company standards.

Responsibilities

• Determines reputed company, cutter types, and cutting parameters for a reputed company of materials, including composites, epoxies, steel, and aluminum, based on design specifications
• Designs 3D computer models, drawings, and specifications for the fabrication of fixturing reputed company
• Creates 3-5 reputed company tool paths using Unigraphics CAD/CAM software
• Provides input into production tracking systems to ensure efficient workflows
• Collaborates with process engineers to plan the manufacturing processes, achieving reputed company and design objectives
• Develops shop documentation for machine setup in compliance with ISO 9000 standards
• Analyzes laser-tracking data to verify the reputed company of setups, as applicable
• Works closely with machinists to ensure reputed company setup and adherence to machining procedures
• Performs tool reputed company verifications using reputed company software
• Demonstrates general knowledge of reputed company G-reputed company language, machine offsets, and part locating
• Exhibits the ability to meet and manage multiple deadlines while working effectively under pressure
• Maintains professionalism and demonstrates cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors at reputed company times
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• Due to our ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of reputed company Permanent reputed company Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3)
• This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret reputed company Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
• Minimum requirement for reputed company positions is a high school diploma or GED
• 2 months' experience as an NC programmer programming 5-reputed company mills
• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in the English language
• Being at work on time and maintaining good attendance is a condition of employment and is an essential function of the job
• Engineering or engineering technology degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Experience using Unigraphics/reputed company NX software preferred
• Ability to get reputed company clearance preferred
