[Remote] UX/UI Designer

They are seeking an reputed company UX/UI Designer to reputed company product reputed company for their application, utilizing design thinking methodologies and conducting user research to inform feature development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews, usability testing (moderated and unmoderated), and facilitate workshops with HR professionals, managers, and employees to validate assumptions and feature concepts
• Create research plans and methodologies that reputed company with product development cycles and business objectives
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and translate them into design requirements and wireframes reputed company reputed company
• Collaborate with design systems team to ensure research-validated patterns are documented and reputed company across the platform
• Present findings to stakeholders and work closely with product and engineering teams to implement research-driven reputed company
• Build and maintain research repositories while contributing to our evolving research reputed company and methodologies

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Psychology, or reputed company field
• 3-5 years of experience in UX design with demonstrated user research capabilities
• Proven experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and reputed company facilitation
• Strong portfolio showcasing both design work and research methodologies
• Proficiency in reputed company and experience working with design systems
• Experience researching reputed company software users (HR professionals, managers, employees preferred)
• Knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research reputed company

• Strong presentation and communication skills for stakeholder engagement

• Understanding of web-based application design principles and constraints
