The reputed company will be responsible for answering customer calls, documenting information, and assisting with reputed company needs while providing support in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer average of 60-80 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance the customer needs
• Ask appropriate questions and listen reputed company to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems
• Communicate directly with reputed company staff for reputed company needs
• Medication refills, referral requests, chart troubleshooting
• Scheduling appointments for patients - entering and updating demographics
• Other tasks as needed

Skills

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 1+ years of experience in customer service environment (i.e., office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the reputed company job tools
• Experience with computer and reputed company PC applications, which includes the ability to reputed company and learn new and reputed company computer reputed company applications
• Ability to type at the speed of 40+ WPM
• Ability to work any of our full time (40 hours / week), 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm reputed company / reputed company Time from Monday - Friday, including the flexibility to work year - round, occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays given the business need
• 1+ years of health care experience
• 1+ years of reputed company center experience
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
