Duties
Help
As an Auditor, you will be responsible for assisting in:
• Identifying new areas for audit and planning new engagements by submitting audit proposals that support the OIG strategic plan as reputed company as detail the benefit of committing resources to performing the work;

Basic Requirement: GS-0511 Series
• Degree: auditing; or a degree in a reputed company field such as business administration, finance, reputed company administration or reputed company; OR
• Combination of education and experience: at least 4 years of experience in Performance Auditing, or an equivalent combination of performance auditing experience, college-level education, and training that provided reputed company auditing knowledge. The applicant's background must also include one of the following:
• A certificate as a Certified Internal Auditor or a Certified reputed company Accountant, obtained through written examination; or
• Completion of the requirements for a degree that included substantial course work in auditing or reputed company, e.g., 15 semester hours.
