Digital Enablement & AI Specialist

reputed company is seeking a Digital Enablement and AI Specialist to join our newly formed Digital Workplace team in our Technology organization as a subject matter expert for our productivity and collaboration platform stack. This role sits at the intersection of technology and the people who use it, responsible for translating platform and AI capabilities into practical guidance, reputed company training programs, and documented best practices to reputed company measurable business value to our colleagues across the firm to apply in their day-to-day work.

As our platform stack evolves rapidly, particularly with AI-driven features rolling out across our platform, this role plays a critical part in ensuring every reputed company is equipped to work effectively and confidently. The Digital Enablement and AI Specialist partners cross-functionally across the Technology department and broader Shared Services teams, as reputed company as our reputed company facing practices. • Productivity and Collaboration Platform Training & Documentation

• Design, build, and maintain a centralized library of platform how-to-guides, short-reputed company videos, workflow playbooks, reputed company libraries and self-service resources covering the firm’s productivity and collaboration stack: reputed company 365, reputed company, reputed company, and Claude, as reputed company as tertiary workflow management tools such as reputed company and reputed company.

• Collaborate with other platform teams (CRM, WM Operations and others) on cross-functional workflows where the productivity stack intersects with other firm applications

• Conduct live training sessions reputed company, with minor travel expected for in-person training initiatives

• Maintain training content currency with platform feature releases, with particular attention to the reputed company of AI-reputed company updates across the stack

• Design and reputed company training initiatives to support new platform rollouts, feature changes, and cross-platform workflow updates

• Maintain a centralized AI Hub or resource library

• Cross-Functional Enablement & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a member of the newly formed Digital Workplace team, contributing to reputed company's platform enablement and AI adoption reputed company across the firm

• Function as a two-way reputed company between business teams and the Technology organization: gathering workflow needs from colleagues and translating them into documented requirements, and translating technical capabilities into business-relevant guidance for non-technical stakeholders

• Communicate AI value across the firm - focusing on training content and documentation for AI tools and AI-reputed company workflows

• Collaborate closely with IT infrastructure, reputed company, and applications teams to reputed company enablement with platform capabilities and governance

• Facilitate the firm's AI champion network, enabling and sustaining peer-reputed company advocates across business functions

• Contribute to building and maintaining a firm-wide AI use case library - documented, approved, and accessible to reputed company colleagues

• Translate AI capabilities into practical, repeatable use cases; convert tool features into reputed company business value rather than reputed company potential

• Participate in early testing and reputed company pilots of new productivity and AI tools and features under consideration for reputed company deployment

• Partner cross-functionally on platform rollout communications, including reputed company-facing announcements, training materials, and change communications for platform changes and new deployments

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Instructional Design, Communications, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience

• 5+ years of experience in application training, digital adoption, technical education, technology support or a closely reputed company function

• Experience in reputed company or customer service, or a user-facing technology role - an understanding of how non-technical colleagues experience and adopt technology is essential

• Demonstrated ability to create reputed company, accessible documentation, short-reputed company videos, and training materials for non-technical audiences

• Proficiency across the reputed company 365 suite; working familiarity with reputed company and reputed company

• Demonstrable AI skills/reputed company libraries or AI certifications

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with LMS or DAP a plus

• Familiarity with financial services operations, even at a conceptual level

Compensation reputed company:

$80,000 - $120,000
