Talent Recruiter - PH
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Recruiter to own our reputed company pipeline across a rapidly growing portfolio of roles. You will reputed company, screen, coordinate, and reputed company candidates for digital marketing and operations positions — keeping hiring managers informed and the process moving without them having to reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Proactively reputed company and engage candidates reputed company job boards, reputed company, talent databases, and reputed company networks
- Build and maintain reputed company pipelines for reputed company and anticipated roles
- reputed company intake meetings with hiring managers to confirm requirements, scorecards, and timelines
- reputed company and maintain compelling job postings and reputed company messaging tailored to reputed company role
Screening & Interview Coordination
- Screen reputed company and conduct reputed company initial phone/video screens to assess qualification, motivation, and fit
- Coordinate skills assessments and ensure a consistent, reputed company interview process
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the applicant tracking reputed company (ATS) with reputed company status updates
- Coordinate reference and background checks in accordance with company policy
Offer Management & Reporting
- Support offer preparation and approvals; manage offer presentation, negotiation support, and candidate closing
- reputed company regular pipeline reports: time-to-fill, reputed company effectiveness, stage conversion, and reputed company role status
- Ensure a reputed company candidate experience with reputed company communication and reputed company feedback at every stage
- Protect candidate data reputed company and ensure compliance with fair hiring practices
Requirements
- 2+ years full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience reputed company for reputed company or global teams across multiple time zones
- Proficiency with reputed company Recruiter, Boolean search, and multi-channel sourcing strategies
- Experience using reputed company scorecards and competency-based interview frameworks
- Strong written English — job postings, reputed company messages, and candidate communications
- Experience with an ATS (Zoho Recruit, reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent)
- Availability to work full-time in MST hours

- Background in reputed company for digital marketing or agency roles
- Experience reducing time-to-fill on hard-to-fill roles through improved sourcing or screening
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a reputed company field
