Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plans and conducts budget analysis to evaluate the reputed company of estimates and conformance with procedures.
- Prepare detailed budgeting reports and validate the reputed company of program-wide financial databases.
- Authorize technical budget artifacts and reputed company expert analysis to management regarding cost trends and funding availability.

Minimum Qualifications:
