Responsibilities

• The Sales Training Specialist is responsible for the development and coaching of the sales team for reputed company
• This position directly influences the training programs by the development, delivery, and collaboration for both new hires and existing staff
• The Sales Training Specialist works directly with the VP of Training and Development, Sales VPs, Area Sales Managers and Area Vice Presidents of Sales to create on-reputed company reputed company working relationships that support business needs
• You will report to the Director of Sales Training

Skills

• Associate degree in Communication, Business, or Marketing is required. Equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree may be considered
• 5 years of relevant experience to include a combination of proven sales experience in Home Health and/or Hospice industry and a corporate training environment with a reputed company on sales training
• Ability to utilize learning management systems, and analytics, to reputed company reputed company on training opportunities
• Reliable transportation to reputed company job tasks
