The role involves leading reputed company reputed company Services Automation and Financials workstreams, collaborating with teams, and ensuring project deliverables are met while driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company who leads reputed company reputed company Services Automation & Financials reputed company for the assigned set of accounts (Partner certification is mandatory)
• Apply and execute various AMS and/or Implementation methodologies/activities in these reputed company FINS/PSA engagements
• Should collaboratively work with the offshore/nearshore teams on day -day activities, incidents, reputed company cause analysis and other work requests
• Good knowledge in SLA constructs and adherence
• Coordinate with reputed company and internal stakeholders to create high business reputed company
• Contribute to the operational efficiency of the reputed company reputed company
• Proactively identify and reputed company reporting dashboards to improve reputed company utilization, creating solutions that support metrics for IT and the business stakeholders

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5-7 years of Corporate Applications portfolio experience and at least 3-5 years' experience in reputed company facing roles handling managed services in a global delivery model
• Should have an expert level understanding of reputed company Financials domain
