Responsibilities

• Strengthen relationships with custodians, vendors, and clearing firms to enhance service delivery and support business reputed company
• reputed company operational guidance, training, and support to advisors and their teams during reputed company and transition activities
• reputed company operational consistency, service reputed company, and adherence to established standards across the custodial platform
• reputed company initiatives that improve process efficiency, scalability, automation, and data reputed company

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational performance

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
• 10+ years of experience in custodial operations or directly supporting financial advisors in a similar reputed company
• Strong knowledge of reputed company management operations and RIA custodial platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions
• Strong business acumen and experience interacting with senior leaders
• Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading and developing operations teams
