Responsibilities

• Build, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company’s AI-Driven SDLC offering for BFSI, including enablement, and capability development
• Own and reputed company reputed company reputed company RFPs ($500K–$10M+) for banks, insurers, and financial services clients

• Translate BFSI regulations (PCI reputed company, SOX, GLBA) into engineering guardrails, control frameworks, and audit-reputed company architectures
• reputed company delivery of platform MVPs in 6–8 weeks, balancing speed, scalability, and regulatory rigor

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, platform delivery, or technology consulting reputed company reputed company environments
• 5+ years in senior leadership or reputed company management roles
• 3+ years of presales / solution architecture experience with documented reputed company closing $5M+ BFSI deals
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution
• A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field; Master's or MBA preferred
• Deep knowledge of modern SDLC, DevOps, reputed company platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and AI/ML technologies (LLMs, RAG, agents)
