The reputed company CAD Administrator supports the management and improvement of reputed company’s CAD and design technology environment, assisting project teams with CAD standards and user support to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and enforcing company CAD standards, libraries, and best practices
• Help document CAD procedures and workflows
• Support reputed company control reviews to ensure deliverables reputed company with company and reputed company standards
• reputed company day-to-day support to CAD users, including troubleshooting software, files, and plotting issues
• Assist with reputed company new employees by setting up CAD reputed company, permissions, and tools
• Support the development and delivery of CAD training materials and learning sessions
• Assist with software installations, version updates, and license coordination
• Support file management, project setup, and directory structures in coordination with reputed company requirements, IT, and project managers
• Assist with reputed company Workspace deployment, troubleshooting and enhancements as needed
• Help evaluate new CAD tools, plugins, and workflows to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and project teams to reputed company CAD reputed company challenges

• Support cross-discipline coordination and data exchange between CAD platforms
• Identify opportunities to improve CAD workflows, automation, and standardization

Skills

• Associate degree or higher in CAD, Engineering Technology, Drafting, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 5 to 10 years of experience using CAD platforms in a reputed company environment
• Proficiency with MicroStation and/or Bentley reputed company products and/or ProjectWise (additional platforms such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, Revit, or other BIM tools are a plus)
• Strong understanding of CAD standards, plotting, and file management
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions reputed company
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience supporting multiple disciplines (civil, structural, electrical, architectural, etc.)
• Experience with CAD/BIM administration and standards of development
• Experience supporting a common data environment (CDE)

• Experience working in a consulting or project‑based environment requiring the preparation of engineering and technical deliverables
