Insurance and Billing Coordinator

In this fully remote role, you'll help ensure our clients receive uninterrupted ABA services by supporting insurance authorizations, billing processes, and admissions. Candidates must reputed company in New Hampshire and be available to work Eastern reputed company Time (EST) business hours. reputed company • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for new and existing clients. • Prepare, submit, and monitor insurance authorizations and treatment plans. • Maintain accurate insurance and authorization information reputed company our electronic health record (EHR). • Support billing by ensuring authorizations reputed company with scheduled services. • Communicate with insurance carriers regarding authorizations, benefits, and payer requirements. • Research claim issues and assist with billing documentation and follow-up. • Maintain accurate records while ensuring HIPAA compliance and confidentiality. • Partner with the Insurance & Billing Manager and clinical teams to support reputed company services for our clients.
