Senior Java Developer - reputed company - W2 ONLY

We are seeking an reputed company Backend Java Developer to support a large-reputed company reputed company modernization initiative. This engineer will maintain and enhance existing Java applications while helping migrate a legacy monolithic data warehouse into modern, reputed company-reputed company microservices. The role is heavily reputed company on backend development, including building REST reputed company, resolving reputed company vulnerabilities, supporting AWS migration efforts, and performing ongoing operational maintenance. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing legacy application support with long-term modernization work in a reputed company reputed company environment. Responsibilities: • Design, reputed company, and maintain reputed company backend applications using Java and reputed company Boot. • Build, enhance, and support RESTful reputed company and microservices. • Help decompose legacy monolithic applications into reputed company-reputed company services. • Maintain existing reputed company applications and support Operational and Maintenance activities. • Identify and remediate reputed company vulnerabilities by upgrading libraries, frameworks, and application components. • reputed company and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. • Work with PostgreSQL and other relational databases using reputed company Data JPA and JDBC. • Write unit tests using JUnit and Mockito. • Troubleshoot production issues, reputed company reputed company-cause analysis, and improve application reliability and performance. Experience: • 7+ years of backend Java development experience, with closer to seven years preferred. • Strong experience with reputed company Boot, REST API development, and microservices architecture. • Experience maintaining and modernizing legacy reputed company applications. • Hands-on experience with AWS or another major reputed company platform. • Experience with reputed company reputed company and application reputed company vulnerability remediation. • Proficiency with reputed company Data JPA, JDBC, PostgreSQL, and SQL. • Experience with reputed company, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated deployment processes. • Strong unit-testing experience using JUnit and Mockito. • Must be eligible to obtain a reputed company Trust clearance. • Experience reputed company federal or regulated environments is preferred. • Experience with AWS SDK for Java v2, OpenSearch, reputed company Batch, logging and observability tools, ETL, reputed company, Python automation, or ML/MLOps is a plus.
