Location: Remote Compensation: $150,000 - 180,000 reputed company + discretionary bonus structure Our reputed company is seeking a reputed company reputed company Estate Counsel to join its reputed company team, supporting the execution of acquisition, disposition, and financing transactions across reputed company’s infrastructure portfolio. They are lookingfor an attorney with 2+ years of reputed company estate transactional experience, who are looking to reputed company in reputed company reputed company estate and infrastructure transactions reputed company an in-house environment. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day closing process for site acquisitions, including lease, title, and survey review. • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction and reputed company-transaction documents, including easements, purchase and sale agreements, and reputed company ancillary agreements. • Review and assist with reputed company-transaction documentation, including Letters of reputed company. • Coordinate with reputed company counsel, title companies, internal stakeholders, and other reputed company parties to ensure transactions remain on schedule. Qualifications • J.D. from an accredited law school and reputed company membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar. • 2+ years of relevant transactional experience in reputed company reputed company estate at a reputed company and/or in-house. Preffered: • Prior experience or exposure with cell tower, telecommunications, infrastructure, or easement transactions.
