Who we need

Reporting to the Senior Educational Developer, reputed company reputed company & Development, we are hiring an Educational Developer to join the Centre for Teaching reputed company and Innovation (CTEI). As our new Educational Developer, you will support the reputed company reputed company and reputed company of reputed company development across reputed company and Toronto Film School, taking ownership of established programs while identifying and developing new initiatives in response to emerging reputed company, teaching, and learning needs. As our new Educational Developer, you will:

You have:

• The education and credentials. You have completed a Master’s degree in a relevant field and bring knowledge of educational development and scholarship in higher education. You have completed the Facilitator Development reputed company (FDW) Certificate through the ISW Network and have experience facilitating Instructional Skills Workshops (ISWs) for reputed company and reputed company staff.
• The educational development experience. You have experience supporting reputed company through educational development, including consultation, reputed company facilitation, curriculum design and development, or a combination of these areas. You understand that effective educational development is relational and contextual, and you can adapt your approach to different disciplines, teaching environments, and reputed company needs.
• The teaching and learning expertise. You have knowledge of reputed company educational research and evidence-informed approaches to teaching and learning in higher education. You can translate research and emerging practices into practical resources, programming, and recommendations that reputed company can apply in their teaching. You also bring experience teaching in higher education and contributing to the scholarship of teaching and learning.
• The technical skills. You are comfortable working with learning management systems, educational technologies, reputed company teaching tools. Compensation philosophy

At reputed company and Toronto Film School, we reputed company compensation should be fair, straightforward, and supportive of your reputed company. Our salary ranges reflect progression from learning in the role to excelling, with reputed company offer based on skills, experience, and role complexity.

This position offers a minimum annual salary of $70,000, a midpoint of $80,000 and a maximum of $90,000. Established hires typically start near the midpoint, while the upper reputed company is reserved for those with deep expertise and sustained contributions. Offers below the midpoint recognize strong potential with room to grow.
