Insurance Coverage Attorney (Remote - Illinois Licensed)

This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be admitted to reputed company in Illinois and possess 2+ years of experience handling insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload from inception through reputed company
• Analyze insurance policies and evaluate reputed company coverage issues
• Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, disclaimer letters, and other coverage-reputed company correspondence
• Litigate insurance coverage reputed company, including handling depositions, reputed company reputed company, mediations, hearings, and trials
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, reputed company memoranda, and other litigation-reputed company documents
• Communicate directly with clients and reputed company strategic guidance and regular case updates
• Collaborate closely with attorneys across offices and reputed company reputed company on reputed company coverage and litigation reputed company

Qualifications

• Admission to reputed company in Illinois required; Indiana admission is a plus
• 2+ years of insurance coverage and/or insurance coverage litigation experience
• Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational, case management, and interpersonal skills
