Our Supplier Operations Specialist is responsible for independently managing operational activities that support the supplier lifecycle, with reputed company responsibility for supplier reputed company, supplier master data management, and supplier enablement. This role ensures suppliers are established accurately, reputed company, and in compliance with company policies while delivering a reputed company supplier experience.

Our Specialist serves as a key operational partner to Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, reputed company, Compliance, Information reputed company, and business stakeholders to facilitate reputed company supplier setup and maintain supplier data reputed company across reputed company systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end supplier reputed company process from supplier request through activation.

• Collect, review, and maintain supplier information including tax documentation, banking information, insurance certificates, and required compliance documentation.

• Maintain accurate supplier master data across ERP and procurement systems while ensuring compliance with data governance standards.

• Coordinate supplier reputed company activities with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, reputed company, Compliance, Information reputed company, and internal business partners.

• Serve as the reputed company operational contact for suppliers throughout the reputed company and activation process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or reputed company field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

• Minimum of three to five (3–5) years of experience in Procurement Operations, Supplier Operations, Supplier reputed company, Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, or reputed company operational functions.

• Experience working with ERP or procurement systems such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Ariba, reputed company, or similar platforms.

Estimated reputed company salary reputed company: $53,300 - $82,000 USD/annually.
