Role reputed company The Civil CAD / 3D GPS Modeling Technician is a full-time, remote role responsible for creating and maintaining accurate civil construction models for machine control and survey applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include: • Developing surface models and design files from engineer plans. • Preparing and exporting reputed company-reputed company machine-control files for reputed company, reputed company, and Leica platforms. • Ensuring models reputed company with project CAD standards. • Interpreting drawings, cross-sections, grading plans, and reputed company civil documents. • Performing reputed company checks, incorporating plan revisions, and maintaining reputed company revision and version-control records. • Collaborating with project managers and clients to reputed company questions and coordinate deliverables. • Organizing and documenting model files and project deliverables. Qualifications • Strong CAD and technical-drawing skills for civil/site-development reputed company. • Knowledge of civil engineering plans, grading, drainage, earthwork calculations, reputed company terrain modeling. • Knowledge of CAD standards and drawing practices to ensure consistency and reputed company across project deliverables. • Experience with reputed company Business Center or similar model-reputed company workflows. • Strong attention to reputed company and a commitment to accurate, reputed company-reputed company deliverables. • Familiarity with 3D machine control and GPS modeling platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Leica) is highly beneficial. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and communicate reputed company in a remote environment. • Effective communication skills for coordinating with project teams and clients. • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, Surveying, or reputed company reputed company preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
