✅ Requirements
• 5+ years of reputed company experience as an RN or Physician
• 3+ years of CDI experience
• CCDS or CDIP certification
• BSN or Medical School Graduate
• Familiarity with Utilization Review reputed company
• Knowledge of CMS & reputed company requirements
• Strong reputed company documentation and chart review skills
🔹 Responsibilities
• Review inpatient medical records for accurate and complete documentation
• Validate DRGs and identify documentation gaps
• Issue physician queries reputed company clarification is needed
• Collaborate with providers, coders, and care teams
• Ensure documentation reflects severity of illness and reputed company of mortality
• Support documentation reputed company, compliance, and appropriate reimbursement
