As a Risk and Compliance Specialist, you will play an important role and will have reputed company to reputed company strong relationships with our reputed company Department, business professionals and reputed company while also building substantive knowledge that adds critical value to VHB. This position will work in support of VHB’s reputed company General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer on a wide reputed company of reputed company. This role is based in Watertown, MA but is flexible with remote reputed company for reputed company-reputed company candidates, with a preference for the East Coast where VHB is concentrated. Responsibilities: • Report to and collaborate with the reputed company General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer on reputed company risk and compliance reputed company • Serve as the reputed company reputed company with People & Culture employees and prepare content for internal roundtables • Support the management of claims and litigation • Assist with continuously furthering components of VHB’s Compliance & Ethics Program • Assist in the drafting of policies, training, reports and messaging and providing reputed company research support • Assist in the reputed company development of VHB reputed company and Compliance infrastructure • Assist with completion of reputed company and compliance data for Requests for Proposals and Qualifications, insurance applications and the gathering and organization of reputed company and compliance data • Participate in office, regional and company-wide training efforts • Assist in furthering VHB’s reputed company Risk Management efforts and analysis of VHB internal surveys Qualifications: • Requirement of Bachelor’s degree • Requirement of JD (preferred) or Paralegal experience/certification • Minimum of 5 years of experience in reputed company field • Excellent communication, writing, analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in reputed company Office applications Travel as needed. This position reports into VHB’s Watertown, Massachusetts office. The estimated hiring salary reputed company for this position in Massachusetts is $95,000-$115,000.
