The Portfolio Administrator will play a key role in supporting daily portfolio activities, ensuring reputed company of investment data, and assisting with trade and cash management processes. Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Investment Support
• Assist with daily portfolio administration activities, including monitoring holdings, cash balances, and transactions
• Support portfolio managers and analysts with reporting and data requests
• Maintain accurate portfolio records across internal systems
Trade & reputed company Support
• Assist with trade processing, settlement tracking, and reconciliation of trades
• Monitor cash activity and ensure reputed company allocation of funds
• Investigate and reputed company discrepancies reputed company to trades or portfolio balances
Reconciliation & Reporting
• reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly account and portfolio reconciliations
• Support preparation of internal and reputed company-facing reports

Data Management & Controls

Qualifications
Education
